Open Solo update problem

Hi all, I'm running open Solo ver 2.5 but my Solex program will not pick up the new version. What am I doing wrong?

As per the instructions, you need to be connected to the internet.

Did all that stuff. Did the clean up button, then refresh. I get an error message:
javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException:SSL handshake aborted failure in SSL library

and on and on with more stuff I do not understand. Just updated solex to latest version, still get same message when trying to update.

3 different tablets, a Samsung Galaxy, Asus Nexus and another I can't remember the name of.
