No power to GoPro! HELP!

I just pulled my 3dr brand new out of the box. I had to download the solex app. This is my second drone. I installed the gimbal multiple times and having the same problem. The gimbal part is working but not sending any power to the GoPro. My other drone powers up the GoPro (non-solex). Is this a firmware issue?. All connection look right and tight.
