No controls of Hero3+ black camera :( Maybe data cable ?

I have GoPro hero3+ black and problem with control my camera from Solo App, sometimes it works and sometimes do not, now it stop completely

:-( I have 2 birds so I swap the gimbals but the result is the same, no GoPro controls, on my other bird everything is fine. So it is definitely a problem with Solo. I have a full control of my Gimbal I can pan down and up but can’t change any camera settings. I check the Gimbal data cable, it is soldered to the board and it looks that is holding up, I also check the plug that is connected to the Gimbal and it looks fine also.
Already try uninstalling app and forget wifi from phone settings, also restarting everything including battery removal from GoPro. Turning on GoPro before solo and controller does not help either.
Maybe someone have a similar issue and can give me some hint what to do ?

My hero 3 black never worked from day1. Updated firmware still no worky
