no camer vue through phone.

i can't get the vue from the camera through the phone.
i am useing a samsung s5 phone.
everything else works.
camers records.
but i cant see what it is recording on my phone.
camera is attached to solo cable.
any suggestions?

Yea loosen the fixed camera mount. Insert cable fully and tighten mount.

I have read that if you do it the logical way first (plugging cable in last) the cable might not fully seat.

i took the camera out of the mount.
inserted the cable all the way and let sit on my table conected to the solo turned everything on and it recorded in the camera but i could not vue it through the phone.

I had the same problem. Fully charging the camera--as suggested by another on this forum--solved the issue. Logic suggests it shouldn't matter whether the camera has a 100% charge or a 25% charge, but my problem was solved.

Another bug, I had the same issue. My GP battery was showing 50%. Must have plugged it in a dozen times and nothing. I charge it until it was full and it worked
