Those are better than I got AFTER balancing- I think you're fine.

units of measure are the key here
I can tell you using the app on android, I had two pods over 1, they were 2 and 3 and two pods under 1
I replaced the two above one pods and balanced the bells, and all were then under 1
most if not all my video vibration went away
I do run the ribbon cable but no other stabiization mods
