I am getting a Peau production cam gopro black with lens which I have on order for month end but I also would like to have other options available to me. There are some threads running but I don’t see a micro extension that will fit a solo, what I was thinking is bypass the gimbal and also slap on an Explorer elite cam which has a Sony IMX 078 sensor. Nice little cam does ok 4K but very nice 1080 60p. and awesome 720p @ 120 fps which I can tween to 240 with dynapal = descent slomo. The HDMI is back facing from lens so I need the cable to buy pass the gimbal HDMI but still use the gimbal for xyz stabilisation
Driving home and had an explorer elite with me and filmed this scene yesterday, hand held. Bizarre scene as folks took no notice how the sky went dark and gloomy but folks just zombified their way home. shots hand held until I got home and placed the cam on a tripod shot in 1080 resampled to 720p
