Since I got a second drone I decided to get a 2nd GoPro but this time a 4. $250 on eBay couldn't be happier. Had 2.0 on it went to 3 and noticed camera didn't turn on. Coming from a 3 silver honestly it isn't a big deal to hold the button. So then I said lets just put 5 on. Did the update and sure enough same thing. One thing I noticed was the camera now turns off with the solo. That's more important to me because I end up forgetting at times. I also noticed that if I'm recording and land the solo will stop recording automatically which I also like.
Took my 3 and now made it a macro cam. Looking at getting a lens for that one.
At what point on the aftermarket lens will the camera become too wide to the point you see the legs? I know that could be fixed in post but I'm lazy and the legs really annoy me.
