Gopro HDMI port broken

So the first time I try to use my gimbal the HDMI port on my gopro breaks. Instead of buying a new camera is it possible to get a micro USB to micro HDMI connector? So I would plug in the camera with a micro USB and have a micro female HDMI on the other end? I'm not super techie person so this might be wishful thinking.

I don't know about the connector, but you might find info on fixing it at YouTube or on the GoPro support forum.

Dude I've been down this road twice and it sucks. No way to really fix that tiny connector. Just sell the camera as is and buy a used GoPro for $200 ish. Hopefully you can get 100 bucks for the broken one since most people done even use the hdmi port so won't care if it's broken.
