Gopro 4 silver not working live view in open solo 4

I just installed solex today for 3dr, I use open solo 4, the drone can already be used, but after I connect the gopro hero 4 silver camera there is no live view, the gimbal is good, no problem. Please help setting up the Gopro Hero 4 Silver camera so that the live view can appear? recording and snapping can be used from the app.
