I had a shoot yesterday and I sat my solo on concrete in the sun (Florida) for maybe 10 minutes before take off. The solo and the GPH4B got too hot. The solo wouldn't send wifi and after I cooled it down the GP wouldn't send video. I took everything to the car and put it in the AC, taking out all my batteries. After 3 min in the AC I was able to get everything back up and running.

Also, @erikgraham has a post about GP settings and he suggests not flying without a U3 rated SD card when shooting 4K, that may also be one of your issues.
