Once again why did you have to factory reset the Solo? Was there a problem before you did that?

What is the status message on the controller also what firmware are you running on both the solo and the controller?

if you have tried to pair by poking a tooth pick or paper clip into the pair button and it does not pair or the pair LED is solid orange and it will not blink you need to disassemble the solo and re-seat the SD card..

How is the best way to do this ? Can you help me ?

one more thing you can try to pull the controller battery for a few minutes and reinstall, I doubt this will do anything since it seems the controller booted correctly..
