Does anyone repair fried solo motors?

Hello,
It seems a waste to toss out a fixable motor? Does anyone fix them? I would pay for the shipping and the repair. Overheating damage from crashing and not able to shut down in time.

You're probably just better off just buying a brand new pod from 3dr for the same $60 and keeping the old one for spare parts.

He sold quite a few of them to guys on here that were wanting backups or donor pods for a T-Motor swaps. I have not used one yet, I bought them for a motor swap. They look as new.

Seems he bought a lot of stuff from 3DR off of returned Solos being scrapped out. I guess it was cheaper for 3DR to strip them than repair anything. For the price it was worth a shot.

The direction of rotation can be switched by swapping any two of the three wires.
