Controller AC adapter specs?

I left my Solo Controller AC adapters behind on a recent trip. It will be awhile before I can get them back. Can anyone post the specs on the adapter so I can grab a replacement at the hardware store? I'd like to charge my controllers and do some test flights this week. Usually the specs are printed right on most AC adapters, so even a close up photo of the adapter would do the trick.
