The guy who does my 3D printing now has a CNC machine for cutting aluminum and carbon fiber.

He's an avid drone racer (builds his own) and offered his services to Solo owners.

Bed size: 650 X 450 mm
Max cut: 580 X 380 mm
Max thickness: 70 mm

That's all I know about the machine.

BTW do you offer your lights in a DIY version?

I don’t know what he would charge. Send him an email- he is out of town until next Sunday but he may be checking his mail.
The lights only come fully assembled.
 
Ever talk with him about trying to 3D print a replacement battery enclosure? Like one you could put new batteries in?
