Carrier for Solo remote to keep it stable and hands-free?

I know I saw one for sale, but can't seem to find it anywhere, here or Google...

I saw a tray that attaches to your waist/shoulders I think that you can set the controller/tablet on, and so if you are driving a quad, or whatever it stays flat and doesn't dangle like it does just using the strap.
