Best hardware for video editing?

Hey guys, I know this topic has been discussed many times but I'm after any advise as to what laptop and hardware I should be looking at for decent video editing? Also any tips in editing software thats not to complicated? Cheers.

About software: I love Sony Vegas, it is simple but can be very professional if needed. About hardware: more cores in the processor, more RAM, more powerful graphics processor. New amd ryzen cpus are very good for video editing.

I bought a Dell 2 months ago. 4K screen, I7 7th Gen, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD + 1 TB Hardrive, GTX 1060 Video. It produces video processing fairly fast.
