Best drone from 150-300eur price

Hello everyone, i'm new here, so i want to buy drone. I need drone with good camera and video stabilization from 150 to 300Eur. In my country (Lithuania) they are really overpriced, like up to 30% more then original price, so i'm buying it in UK. At this point i need your help, wich drone would be perfect for that price and best shop to buy it in uk. Thank you for help! I dont want to buy a shiti one i need a normal drone (profesional drone is so expensive)

thats nice but can you tell me what does GPS waypoint do? i was thinking about this drone "Syma 8MP HD Camera X8G" but then i thinked that there are no video stabiliazation but maybe video programs can more stabalized video? Because go pro hero 3 for nova drone are so expensive to expensive for student

Gps waypoint means you can run auto missions. The nova uses an APM flight controller so is compatible with "3dr Mission Planner", Google it! There are loads of GoPro clones out there like sjcam
