I am still seeing both the Solo - AND - batteries. The only hitch with the Solo is that it is in store pick up only.

My Solo just arrived but had no free battery. So called BB. They apologized and refunded me the $149.99 plus taxes. Went straight back on the site and ordered the battery from them.

It pays to keep checking bestbuy.com. !!!!!

Went on Best Buy last night and they had batteries in stock. Bought 2 of them and they are already shipping out. I'm still waiting for batteries from B&H that I ordered in May.
