I just fired off a Ticket item via Groupon, since latest contact from them was delivery no later than Nov 4th, In it I told them I am giving the till the end of day Nov 9th to get back to me or I will be filing a grievance with credit card company. So I'll wait and see if I have a response by the time I get up on the morning of the 10th, if not will be contacting credit card company promptly.
