I keep getting error when trying to download or review log data w/MissionPlanner. Suggestions?

We've been getting the tLog files off of the Android device itself without much headache. Just make sure to power off the tablet as soon as your Solo has landed. This will write the log file to Android device where you can then browse the 3DR directories and retrieve it.

This is the location of the tLogs on my device.
Device Storage: Android/data/org.droidplanner.services.android/files/tlogs/
