I could be wrong, but I think that is a scam. There have been a rash of fake Solo sellers on Amazon recently. Watch out for sellers that have only a few feedback ratings that are several years old (probably hijacked accounts), or brand new new seller accounts. The one thing that most of them seem to have in common is that they are charging $10.49 for shipping. Personally, I think these are all the same seller, but they keep changing names. They also don't respond to emails.

If you can still do it, you might want to strongly consider cancelling the transaction.

I got bitten by this and didn't realize it until the next day. By then they claimed to have shipped it (via Canada Post with no tracking number) and it was too late to cancel.
It took me two weeks, but I finally got my money back from Amazon yesterday.
