So it turns out you can do this. If you hold CTRL, you can click and drag a box around all of your waypoints to select them all at once. Then you can just click and drag your entire mission to a new location, and save it as a new mission file.

Thanks. Anyone got any good links explaining the balancing process? Does it need to be balanced in all three axes? I'd want to put as little extra weight on the sensor as possible so it doesn't put any more strain on the gimbal than it absolutely needs to.
