why does my solo make me do a compass calibration every time I switch batteries??

Step 1. Go to advanced settings and turn on advanced flight mode Step 2. Set the "A" or "B" preset to manual flight mode. Hit A and it will let you fly manually. I wouldn't recommend flying in manual mode unless you know what you are doing, it will get messy if you lose connection or hurt...

I have this same problem. What is the fix?

Im having those same issues right now. Im not join a island or anything but my remote is telling my my battery is at 0% when its actually at 100%. Anyone find a fix?

I finally got my Solos Compass calibrated and it says my battery is too low for flight. I tried both of my batteries that are at 100% and it still says on the app that the battery is at 0%. What should I check? Thanks a lot

I'm located in Portland, OR where it isn't AS bad as some areas around me but the roads are still flooded and a couple of land slides, hopefully no more lives are lost.

If it ever stops raining and flooding I will go out to an open field and hopefully this will fix the issue. Thanks again!

I will check that as soon a possible and let you know what happens. Also.. Is it really sensitive when calibrating? I tried doing it in my front yard and I'm thinking it isn't working because there's metal, and cement interference.!

I took my SOLO apart so I could paint the shell and when I put it all back together it's asking me to calibrate compass and no matter what I do it won't calibrate. What did I do wrong?

I don't have a Android or PC... I only have apple products. Do they make a app for iPhones, iPads, or Macs?

Got my solo today and it flew great! I learned not to let the battery go lower then 20% it automatically returned to home by itself and didn't crash thank god. Any other tips for me? Also! What is the best way to upload my media from my go pro hero 4 black edition?

After seeing your post it made me think of maybe spraying the whole solo with a water proofing agent. But I don't know how safe that would be for the electronics.
