Send 3DR the video and see what they say before buying motors or replacing bearings....Others have commented they will work with you on motors.

Under $5 for bearings per motor and time, it's no big deal. Don't mean to sound like I'm a buzzard, but if you do replace the pods I'd be interested in buying the old ones....LMK

Unfortunately what you are seeing there Doug, is typical. Mine went the same way after bout 5 hours air time.
I ended up changing to T-motors.

Update, I replaced the motor pod and now i believe the other 3 are ALL BAD! WTF 3DR?
Really not happy with this thing, yet to get really clean and smooth video, Replacing the gimbal on a return RMA now, next 3 friggin motor pods too!!!! At $60 a peice! ... A peice is right!
