Gimbal HDMI ribbon causing Rolling video?

I chatted (online) with a B&H drone customer service person. I told them that the feed was fine coming out of the drone, but not when it ran through the gimbal. Their assessment was the same as mine: bad connection/board in the Gimbal. Not the cable coming from the Solo. The new gimbal works great...same hdmi cable as before.
 
Yes well my original Gimbal had no Vision at all and there is a flat Ribbon cable that goes from the base of the plug on the Gimbal into the circuit board and that was faulty it's a flexible flat cable you can see it if you look hard, but that seems to be a lot of their problems I think.
