WiFi not operating on controller after software update

I performed the software update. The controller will not connect to the Solo or my phone. Can anyone help? Is there a factory reset?

Pull the battery and try again. If no help, re-pair with bird.
Also heard that sometimes the micro SD card can come lose from inside controller. Remove and reseat it usually helps.

Thank you much. Pulled controller battery and restarted. WiFi now operating.
