Video not supported?

Why do I always get a "Video Not Supported" message whenever try to use Solex?
I have tried 2 different Hero 4's and a Hero 3+ brutal I get is that message then a black video feed.
I have checked to be sure the Gopro is on and hooked up and has SD card
Can somebody please help?

Try this.
Everything off

Turn on camera
Turn on Solo
Turn on controller
Turn on Solex

In that order

I have this issue with Solex on my Huawei Mediapad T5 but not with Galaxy S6.
By the way on my Huawei, QGroundControl does have Video feed and Solo app' doesn't want to open
