Vertical way-point missions

Hello, If I wanted to draw vertical geometric shapes with the Solo, is this done easily, and how thanks?
I can do similar with Litchi and DJI but I don't think Litchi works for 3DR.

Solex Missions, Tower, Mission Planner, or QGroundControl
