Solo not sending Wifi

I was flying when I lost connection to the solo. It came back to home. But there is no wifi to connect to. How do I fix it?

Did you turn the system off and reboot?
Transmitter and Solo and your app..
If so I'm sure they have a button for pairing I have not looked close for that yet, If all else fails call 3DR and ask how to pair them. ..

I did reboot. No answer at 3d and I am attempting to repair now with little luck so far.
