Solo app not recognizing vehicle

I would be able to change parameters for solo fliget in the beginning... hut then the dreaded solo app says can't find vehicle. Read the forums and did the pairing but the thing that actually worked today is.......drum roll please...,... the app needs to recognise solo and that means to notify it that it wants something so if any have problems with solo app not finding the solo vehicle just go into notifications on your device to the solo apin the listing and turn it to the on position. When i did this it recognized it immediately. I had recently turned a lot of notifications off because my phone was running slow and battery not lasting. If you already have this answer well...now you have it twice.
