Is there any chance to put this 360 kodak 2 cameras on gimbals bottom and up on drone? Can you give two brushless gimbals energy from one baterry? and can gimbals work upside ?

There are no gimbals for this, but being 360 cameras I would think any shakiness of a non-gimbal regular camera would be nearly eliminated by the nature of the kind of image these would capture.

Do not all cheap action cams work? I have a cheap 4k one but can't get video I don't have a gimbal just connected from solo to cam.
