I bought my Solo from Fry's Electronics. I charged all batteries overnight, applied the available updates, and set all parameters to the lowest/slowest they would go.
When I turned on the Solo it required a calibration, which I did, pressed the Fly button and it was in the the air.
It worked perfectly! After 5 min I was increasing the speed and response.
I did some flying in manual mode, it still was pretty easy.
I was hesitant to purchase after reading some of the stories.
I have flown the rc helis but never a quad. I was very surprised how easy it was to maneuver
My 1st light was flight test only. I didn't use a camera.
I would like to thank the community for all the help that is provided here.
