Solex video recording but no pictures

Hi everyone,
So my solo with a hero 4 black is automatically recording video from power up. I have the auto record setting off. It also is saving any of my pictures. Any thoughts?

Are you sure you have the 'record at power on' turned off on the GoPro? I don't know of any other way for the camera to record at power-on.
