Software for topographic survey

I would like to know if the Solo and the software can be used to create a georeferenced flight and what software I could use to process the images.

Or maybe a different software for the photo survey?

Google is your friend.
There are quite a few vendors offering packages now for this.
You need to review them yourself and go over their features to see what suites your use and your budget.
