Recording flight time

Does anyone know why my iPhone 6+ is NOT recording my flight time? 3DRSOLO?

Have you checked the settings in the Solo app? It must be configured to allow recording to the device.

One of them is talking about recording "flight time" as in "time" (tick-tock), the other is talking about recording video... I think. Always hard to tell what people mean vs. what they say.

Well, what I'd meant was that you need to set it to record to the device itself not just the GoPro, and also to have it record info onscreen or not (time, exposure, etc.) that most folks find extremely annoying. Depends on what you need, I guess!

Right- I understand that. I'm on 2.4.1.6 and don't see how to do it.

Hmm... Lemme grab a Solo and check er out myself....

Ok, nothing has changed. You still need to activate the onscreen flight info on the GoPro ourself, but the rest from within the app.

Yes- I thought the OP was thinking the Solo app automatically recorded your actual flight time, separate from the recording time on the GoPro.
Solex does that.

Mine IPhone 6, IOS 10.2 resets Total Flight time in 3DR APP. Talked to Mike (technical support) several times, filed a ticket with 3DR.
Still nothing.
