One Plus One with Solo App

I have tried to use my One Plus One android phone with my Solo but it cant establish a connection. Has anyone got it to work?

So to start with the basics, have you tried first connecting to the Sololink wifi on your android device, then launch the Solo app.

Oh my!!! I called UK Solo Support and even they couldn't sole the issue lol.... Basics.... Back to basics!! Thanks for the help!

If the app installs and you connect to the sololink WiFi first it should work OK.
