new here.. and need help with a solo !! please

mi name is carlos ... let me explain...
i do a factory reset on controll and solo... they are paired... the contro is requesting a preflight update... when i open the app you can see new software available but its imposible the donwload, never do nothing...
so i cant get the solo conected... i read a lot of answer about that and i do all in the correct order... i dont know what to do..

Hey Carlos!
I’m having the same issue as you. I am connected to a strong WiFi signal and the app says I still need to connect to wifi in order to update the software. I am hoping someone can help up out.
