FAA Releases New Drone Rules, Including One Fairly Shady Loophole

If it's as simple as registering online like they say, I don't mind. My past quads I've had (still have one left) a small engraved piece of plastic that I stick someplace on them thst says, if found call (my phone number) for reward. I've suffered a fly away and watched $2500 never return. I'll order new ones that have the same and my FAA number for my quad on it.
