my 3DR SOLO control, it does not turn on

Greetings to all. I would like to know if you can help me with my 3DR SOLO control, it does not turn on, it only shows when I connect it, the charger says that it was connected. BUT IT DOESN'T TURN. Can somebody help me?

Please if someone knows how to solve this help me

Try removing the battery and put it back in. Or try another battery.

To turn it on you have to hold the power button until it comes on.

I already tried with another battery and nothing. Do you have the wiring diagram for the controller?
