mission planning for steep slope surveys

Anyone have an easy way to adjust waypoint agl based on topo information or google relief maps.

This was an easy (and necessary) feature in emotion flight planning for sensefly, but can't figure out of it can be done in tower or mission planner.

picture for example where there is 10m agl adjustment between flight lines to maintain consistent resolution

Question - I thought that maintaining the same altitude, within limits was beneficial to surveying since it would help with determining elevation changes. Is this not the case?
 
In Mission Planner on the Waypoints window, you have the option to "turn on" the "Verify Height" option (see arrow below). Do this BEFORE creating your waypoints. This will automatically adjust the AGL altitude of your waypoint (based on your takeoff location). Altitudes come from your map (i.e. Google maps). You can see the altitude was automatically changed below (see circle).
