Missing gimbal order?

Hi All,

I was just on the 3DR site to check status of my gimbal order. I can't find any record of it, although I do have an order # in my confirmation email.

Another order that was placed and received is there in "history."

I did a help email to 3DR asking about the status of my # and where it should be located on their site.

It seems 3DR's site is still getting "fine tuned" to me. Anyone else experiencing the same in the past or right now?
Maybe I'm not being patient enough? HAHA. We all want everything right now, I guess....

All of the equipment I ordered in May is still in my shopping cart. There was never any activity out of the 3D Web site that was up to date, or reliable. If you have order number, best you could hope for.

I would call on something like this. They are 24/7 and should be able to get to the bottom of it.

I never imagined they would be there 24/7 and sure enough, they were. My order is still there and will process soon.

No problem. 3DR support is one of the reasons I bought the Solo. Getting what I wanted is never fast enough at the time.... But they have always come through for me, and in the rear view, done so pretty fast
