Losing picture from GoPro to iPad mini.

Hi guys. Need a little help. Can't figure out why I'm losing the video feed from the GoPro to the ipad. All the sudden the screen goes black and I can't see what I'm recording. The GoPro has the picture but the iPad has a black spot when the screen goes black. Tried to make sure connection at gimbal was tight. Could there be a loose connection in the gimbal or something else?

The HDMI cable might be defective or loose. In order to check the connection to the circuit board you will need to remove the gimbal. Instructions are in the user manual.

More details would help- does it happen on the ground? Only in flight? Is it intermittent?

Thanks for the response. It is intermittent but is cutting on and off every couple of seconds.
I will take the gimbal off and check it tonight and I will post the results
