Curious if anyone else has tried loading Golden image to non 3DR I.Mx6. In an attempt to keep Opensolo alive into the foreseeable future, and onto other platforms other than 3DR Solo, has any thought been given to running firmware on dual, or quadcore boards? I'm looking into running the firmware on one of these
CuBox-i | SolidRun.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, I would think it best to try and further develop what we already have and grow it from there. The i.Mx6 family boasts not only a single core, but a dual and quad core, and hopefully soon the I.Mx8.
The PH2.1 combined with the i.Mx6 companion and Solo transmitter make for a pretty robust package. With interchangeable wireless cards it can be made to suit almost any need. Any thoughts?
