What if any avantages are there using an iPad mini 2?

I believe that IOS devices can currently record video to their camera roll. But you would prefer the in camera video for production use.

On the other hand Android devices can use the Tower app and other tools such as WiFi scanning apps.

Thanks. I have both a iPad mini 2 wifi and the Galaxy tab 4 LTE. I probably don't need both or maybe I do. Thought I would swing in here for some knowledge of you all.

I use an iPad mini3 and it works great. I'd like to know more about the "Tower" app., as it sounds really cool.
Might need to get an Android based tablet to use it.
