I cant get my tarot t2d working

I have buy a used tarot t-2d, i have searched on the web and find some things than could help me to install it, buy i followed this scheme perfect and it just blinks a few times in green and after red, in the manual says than is because isn't balanced but i have donde everything and nothing works, this is very frustrating

Does the gimbal stabilize when only the power and ground are connected?
