How often do you calibrate?

I used to calibrate the Phantom 2 frequently-- more often than necessary I'm sure. As I understand it you don't have to recalibrate the compass unless you fly from a point significantly further away from the last calibration.

With the Solo I've only calibrated a couple of times-- once when new of course then a 2nd time a few weeks after that.

Am I correct in assuming that there's really no need to repeatedly run the calibration or leveling routines-- assuming of course there's not been any issues?

With all the sensors on the Solo I calibrate if I fly more than 5 miles from the last place I flew.
To me it's worth the few extra minutes prep, so far it's working with both of mine.
