Unfortunately not. It requires soldering a few wires internally that 3DR didn't complete the connections on the ribbon cable going to the accessory bay. The wires and pads are there, they just need to be soldered so that the PWM channels get exposed to the accessory bay connector. Once that's done, you can use an arduino or any other like device to access/control it and some of the controls get mapped to the buttons on the controller for triggering the servos or whatever you're connecting.
