GoPro Hero 3+ Auto Turn On?

Having to remember to turn on the GoPro is a tiny price to pay for the value of linear mode.

I was not aware of the Linear FOV feature that is part of the v5.0 firmware upgrade. I just researched what you referred to and yes, I agree it's worth the trade-off and feel much better now. Thanks for the info!
