Go App for DJI Phantom Advanced

Basic question is anyone can help; hope that I am in the correct forum.

On the App - at the bottom there are H, D, V:S and H:S as well as a button that looks like radio channel quality when off but changes to a small person when on. Does anyone know what this is used for.
