The motor housing GIMBAL hot and smells of burning.

Something's obviously burning up. Turn it off, DON'T use it and call 3DR or submit a support ticket. Best to call.

Who can be noticed that the weight on the back of GIMBAL I moved (shifted) as the lens is 4.5mm, heavier

It looks like something has been changed on the back. I would undo whatever modifications you did first but it looks like a bad gimbal. If you smell burning, then it's too late.

Anyway, when you call 3DR they will have you do a complete factory reset... which is a pain but probably worth it.
